Events at: Studio 909

Studio 909, housed in the Musicians’ Association of Hawai’i headquarters, is Honolulu’s premier venue for quality live music presentations in an intimate and informal setting. It is also home to the Studio 909 Presents series. Designed for highest quality acoustic fidelity, the fully sound-proofed and air-conditioned room doubles as performance space and digital recording studio, and can accommodate from one to 100 musicians. When not in use by the Musicians’ Association membership, the studio is available for rental to the public at fair and competitive rates.

The easily adaptable space can be configured in many ways and is equally suited to host musical and other types of events, such as meetings, workshops, luncheons and dinner parties. The adjoining cocktail foyer area and full-service kitchen are available for receptions and for patrons who wish to prepare their own cuisine or bring in a caterer. Banquet seating and tables can accommodate up to 100 guests. Limited on site parking is available and after-hours/weekend street parking is also available.

Our many satisfied clients include the Catering Connection, Hawaii Screen Actors Guild, the People’s Fund, Q-Element, Hawaii Nurses Association, Hawaii Opera Theatre, APWU Hawaii, Honolulu Community Media Council, and Rotary District 5000, among others. For information and a quick tour of the premises, call our office at (808) 596-2121
